It was Shmirshky and RR (Rachael Ray) week!

This being Shmirshky’s  first national TV interview, we were a bit nervous.  No, really more than a bit.  As they walked me out onto the set, my chest was pounding so hard I thought that maybe I needed another bra for my heart!  But, as soon as I sat down in RR’s kitchen I pushed away my sumo and replaced it with excitement and appreciation and passion for the Shmirshky movement.
