Just came back from my menopausal photo shoot.
Immediately upon entering the room, the photographer told me to take off my clothes from the waist down. It is important to exude confidence, so I just smiled and tossed my leggings and skirt on the chair. The photographer then asked me to lie down on the bed and put my feet in the stirrups, spread my legs apart and take a deep breath. No biggie, been there done that before! The photographer put some gel on the camera and shoved that baby right into my vagina!
Oh…by the way, this is a special photo shoot called an ultra sound. No flash required! She just clicked away photographing my endometrium (lining of the uterus) and ovaries. A good model is able to be very flexible with her expressions and mood. I did my sweet, sexy, pensive look and the big finally – I did perplexed! Not every model can do that, but if you stare at the ceiling and wonder what kind of lining you have – paisley, striped, or simply black – you can get to perplexed. The shoot took only 30 minutes…then it was a wrap! I jumped off the bed got dressed and bounced out of the office feeling very lithe and gorgeous. Nothing like a menopausal photo shoot! I can’t wait until everyone gets my holiday card this year!!!
