Was the WHI wrong about their conclusions on hormone replacement therapy?

Keep exercising ladies! Study shows that women who started exercising after menopause — if they averaged 9 to 17 hours a week, they were 30 percent less likely to have breast cancer than their inactive peers.

There are things that you can do to keep your bones healthy.  Bone up!!!

Remember last years WHI study of POST menopausal women that said if you had late-onset of hot flashes you were at a higher risk of heart attacks and death. In addition, they said that women who had hot flashes around the time of menopause did not have an increased risk, and maybe even had a lower chance of heart attacks than women with no hot flashes. Well, once again — ERASE all that! Here is the new info from the latest study.

If you are not sleeping well, be sure to do something about it.
