Sounds like you’re in for a visit from three very familiar ghosts: the Ghost of Menopause Past, the Ghost of Menopause Present, and the Ghost of Menopause Yet to Come!
The Ghost of Menopause Past:
Let’s take a trip down memory lane. If you’re in perimenopause or menopause, you might be missing the old you! This holiday season, while everyone gathers for cookie baking and storytelling, why not make it a time to share your menopause journey with the older women in your life? Your grandmother, mother, or even aunts and close friends who’ve already walked this path can offer comfort and wisdom. Every woman’s experience is different, but swapping stories and advice can make the journey a little less lonely.
The Ghost of Menopause Present:
How are you feeling right now? Be honest—this time of year can have us so caught up in the holiday whirlwind that we forget to check in with ourselves. Many women get used to feeling less than 100%, but trust me—thriving, not just surviving, is possible! Start by tracking your symptoms so you can detect any patterns. Then, find a menopause specialist who can tailor a treatment plan specifically for you.
And while you’re at it, why not throw a Menopause Mondays® party? Women across the country are hosting these gatherings to share information, resources, and lots of laughs. With loved ones already in town for the holidays, it’s the perfect time to build your support network and find hormone happiness together. And if you want to dive deeper, check out my online course, Fearless Vagina™: A Crash Course in Mastering Menopause! It’s designed to give you all the tools you need to navigate menopause with confidence and ease.
The Ghost of Menopause Yet to Come:
This ghost holds the promise of a fabulous future—if you take charge of your menopause journey. Being proactive, communicating openly, and seeking the help you need will lead to the vibrant, thriving life you deserve. You can be part of a movement to break the taboo around menopause and change the narrative for generations to come!
So, as you celebrate Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa—or whichever holiday speaks to your heart—take some time to also celebrate yourself in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Your best life is waiting!
Stay fearless, fabulous, and informed!
Suffering in silence is OUT! Reaching out is IN!
