My dear friend and mentor, Marcia taught me to make every day my birthday, because on those days we celebrate ourselves. So in honor and in memory of Marcia, I sign my emails, “Happy Birthday.”
Invariably, I will get an email back from someone who is confused about these birthday wishes as it is not their birthday. This results in a wonderful email exchange that keeps Marcia’s zest for life alive.
On July 4th, we can celebrate the USA’s 234th birthday. The USA looks really good for her age!
