The holidays are upon us. The grocery stores are buzzing with turkey orders, neighborhood pumpkin patches are being converted over to Christmas tree lots, and everyone is talking about their Thanksgiving plans. So what is the PM&M (perimenopause and menopause) woman focused on this Thanksgiving?
The other day I jotted this list down: 1. Eat crazy fattening foods! I would have cupcakes for breakfast, warm chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven for lunch, M&M’s for dinner and ice cream for my snack. I might even go to Dunkin’ Donuts again and eat a dozen of my fav! 2. Gone
