Empowering Women Through Menopause
I’m Ellen Dolgen – an author, menopause awareness influencer, speaker, and staunch advocate for women’s health and wellness.
Embracing Menopause with Confidence:
For almost two decades, I’ve been on a mission to empower women to navigate menopause with confidence. Through my latest free e-Book, “MENOPAUSE MONDAYS: The Girlfriend’s Guide to Surviving and Thriving During Perimenopause and Menopause,” along with engaging trademarked Menopause Mondays® Blog, and insightful videos (here’s one of my favorites), I’ve provided a roadmap for women to embrace this transformative phase of life.
No More Silence – It’s All About Empowerment:
For me, it’s all about breaking the silence surrounding menopause. My motto is: “Suffering in silence is OUT! Reaching out is IN!” Together, we can shatter the stigma surrounding menopause and find strength in supporting one another.
Grateful for Recognition:
I’m incredibly grateful for the recognition I have received over the years from Prevention Magazine, Healthline, Medical News Today, Feedspot, and others for identifying my blogs as a trusted source of empowering information on perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. A number of years ago, I was asked to be one of the first regularly featured bloggers on HuffPost50. Shortly after, I launched the syndication of Menopause Mondays®Blogs on multiple health sites.
From National TV to Conferences:
I have appeared on the “TODAY Show,” “TODAY Kathie Lee & Hoda,” “The Katie Show,” “NBC Nightly News,” “The Rachael Ray Show,” “The Doctors,” Oprah Radio, Playboy Radio, NPR’s “Tell Me More,” Doctor Radio, and dozens of regional and national media outlets. In 2011, I appeared in a production of “The Vagina Monologues.”
If you want to educate your employees, colleagues, or friends, about menopause- look no further. I offer health and wellness programs for businesses, healthcare institutions, and other organizations.
To further educate the sisterhood, I speak at conferences such as the Massachusetts Conference for Women. Collaborations with pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer (including a series of video interviews with Kim Cattrall) and Novo Nordisk to create menopause awareness campaigns further expanded my mission of menopause education and awareness.
Advocacy and Dedication:
My commitment to health and wellness goes beyond menopause education. I serve on the Community Advisory Board of Scripps Memorial Hospital, La Jolla. I have chaired and served on various boards and committees for San Diego Hospice, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Weizmann Institute of Science, Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest, Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, Brandeis University, NARAL, the Phoenix Heart Ball, Angel Charity for Children, Brewster Auxiliary, and Handmaker Home for the Aging.
I warmly invite you to be a part of this empowering journey through menopause. Let’s continue uplifting one another! Come visit me at EllenDolgen.com. Subscribe to my Menopause Mondays® Blog and our vibrant community! Follow me on social media via Linktree.
