Meno-Pausing - Ellen Dolgen

Meno-Pausing

Dearest YOU,

As we enter 2022, I want to say thank you for joining me in my mission to educate women about perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.  Together we have tackled all the hot topics associated with midlife and beyond.

This past year, we took the veil off of cosmetic surgery as I shared my personnel journey with you. I can’t thank you enough for all of your sweet support and kind words throughout my healing.

It is time to look forward to the New Year – new beginnings – fresh starts and dreams.

Rather than come up with a list of resolutions this year, I plan to try to live by this beautiful quote:

Face each day with love and an open heart.

Happy HEALTHY New Year!

Remember:  Suffering in silence is OUT!  Reaching out is IN.
