Meno-Pausing! - Ellen Dolgen

  1. Ellen, I have hot flashes and nigh sweats with the sensation of my stomach dropping!! Several times a night this happens, waking me up and I can’t sleep. I can’t find out why I am having the “fight or flight” response. Have you heard of this?

  2. I have been post menopausal for 2 years and in the last month, my heart starts racing after eating and as i lay down to sleep. The racing of my heart when I go to bed is concerning because it is so fast I can’t relax to sleep. It is affecting my sleep patterns and I am not getting a good night sleep, waking up every hour or so until I have to get up and go to work. What should I do?
