Bob Newhart is too funny. Yes “Stop It’ doesn’t work with menopause, wish it did but humor always helps. Thanks for the clip!
As for menopause, the only “Stop It” strategy that makes sense….is to stop pretending your fine and reach out to get the help you need and deserve. There are many many options today to help one with some of the debilitating symptoms.
I love that you offer a free e-book. I know several younger women who should have this and I am sending the link to them.
Wonderful! I want ALL women to have access to the information that they need to become their own health advocate.
Thank you for sharing your wealth of information for free. It’s so important for women to realize they’re not alone in whatever they’re feeling.
Well said, Lois!
My husband does family counselling and he loves that video clip – it’s a favourite of his because it has such truth to it underneath.
I love that!
As always, thank you. I’m always passing your name on to friends in need!
So sweet of you, Janie!
I was suffering in silence, thinking my symptoms were perimenopausal, until I started having seizures a month apart. Now I’m searching for a neurologist that specializes in hormones and females to help determine what is causing all my symptoms.
Put this on the top of your To Do List! Good Luck! Don’t give up until you get the help you need an deserve.
