    1. As for menopause, the only “Stop It” strategy that makes sense….is to stop pretending your fine and reach out to get the help you need and deserve. There are many many options today to help one with some of the debilitating symptoms.

  3. I was suffering in silence, thinking my symptoms were perimenopausal, until I started having seizures a month apart. Now I’m searching for a neurologist that specializes in hormones and females to help determine what is causing all my symptoms.
