Can you help me with bone health?

Dear Ellen,

I am a bit confused about what to take for meno & thinning of bones. I’m 54 and the only thing I take are New Chapter Bone Strength tabs, and D3. Do I need magnesium as well? I want to be a healthy woman in my 60’s and beyond. My Dr doesn’t seem to advise too well on the issue.
