Can you help me with bone health?

Dear Ellen,

I am a bit confused about what to take for meno & thinning of bones. I’m 54 and the only thing I take are New Chapter Bone Strength tabs, and D3. Do I need magnesium as well? I want to be a healthy woman in my 60’s and beyond. My Dr doesn’t seem to advise too well on the issue.
Thank you for the valuable info on your website, and for any other pertinent info you can provide me.

                                                                                 Thanks for your attention, Martha
