Ellen Dolgen in the News: Ellen Launches Menopause Mondays Live!

I can’t wait to meet you. On Monday, June 3 from 5pm to 7pm PST, grab some girlfriends and head to Burlap Del Mar restaurant for the launch of Menopause Mondays Live; brought to you by me and Burlap Del Mar. PLEASE RSVP HERE!

On Friday, May 10th, for Military Spouse Appreciation Day, I was at the Naval Base San Diego in California. I spoke to the women of military families about their health and menopause, and also distributed free copies of my book, Shmirshky: think inside the box. Click here to see photos from the day and learn how you can help military families.

I hope you all had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend. I spent some of it reading stories from Generation Fabulous May Blog Hop, themed, “Lessons Learned From Mom.” The sisterhood and I submitted personal stories on how our mothers shaped our lives. Thank you to Yahoo!Living Better at 50, Vibrant Nation, The Boomer Blogs, genConnect, Menopause Chit Chat, Fabulously 40, Social Moms, Huffington Post, and Yahoo! for also running my story. Mom was thrilled to get the publicity. 😉

You can also read “3 Things to Tell Your Partner About Menopause” as featured on Generation Fabulous.

In case you missed last Menopause Mondays Google Hangout, Watch It Here.

I’ll be on January Jones (BlogTalkRadio) on May 21, 6am PST/9am EST. And another dose of mwah on Doctor Radio (SiriusXM 81) on June 10 9am PST/noon EST when I gab with Dr. Miriam Greene.

After struggling with her own severe menopause symptoms and doing years of research, Ellen resolved to share what she learned from experts and her own trial and error. Her goal was to replace the confusion, embarrassment, and symptoms millions of women go through–before, during, and after menopause–with the medically sound solutions she discovered. Her passion to become a “sister” and confidant to all women fueled Ellen’s first book, Shmirshky: the pursuit of hormone happiness. As a result of the overwhelming response from her burgeoning audiences and followers’ requests for empowering information they could trust, Ellen’s weekly blog, Menopause MondaysTM, was born.
