Got a headache? Regular use of low-dose aspirin may prevent the progression of breast cancer, according to new research.

 

Think before you pop: While the drug zoledronic acid slows bone loss in osteoporosis patients, it also halts new bone formation, according to a study from Italy.

Don’t handle stress well? You may be at a significantly increased risk of cardiovascular disease, according to a large population study from Denmark.

Slow down, there! Women who give birth in their teen years are 32 percent more likely to suffer with obesity later in life, according to research from the University of Michigan.

    My genetics are terrible! I’ve been taking baby aspirin for awhile, and I’ve been learning how to (better) handle stress for awhile My illness forced me to do that 26 years ago. Thanks for the information, Ellen As always, its timely, useful and informative.
