Ellen Dolgen in the News: My Menopause Radio With Dr Mache Seibel

Today, I am speaking with Dr. Mache Seibel of My Menopause Radio (Blog Talk Radio)… stay tuned for when the segment airs!.

And have another dose of me on April 29, when I’m on air with Dr. Miriam Greene on Doctor Radio (SiriusXM 81) at 9am PST/12pm EST.

On May 10, which is Military Spouse Appreciation Day, I am speaking to military families about perimenopause and menopause at the Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) and giving away copies of my book Shmirshky: think inside the box. Sooner or later, every woman is going to be deployed to perimenopause and menopause! I’d like to thank They Serve 2 for helping facilitate this and all the work they do to help military families.

Hang with me the first Monday of every month at 8pm EST/5pm PST for my Menopause Mondays Google Hangouts: Where the Sisterhood helps the Sisterhood. You can ask me your menopause questions at this free online event!  Sign up here.

Let’s party in person! I’m hosting a Menopause Mondays Live Event June 3, 5pm PST at Burlap Restaurant in Del Mar, California. RSVP Here.

Don’t miss last week’s “Menopause Mondays: What Should You Tell Your Husband About Perimenopause and Menopause?” as seen on Vibrant NationThe Boomer BlogsgenConnectMenopause Chit ChatFabulously 40Social Moms, The Huffington Post and Yahoo! Open up the conversation with the love of your life with my top three things every woman should tell her partner about menopause: “This Is Hard For Me,” “It’s Not You, It’s My Hormones,” and “I’m Still Attracted to You.”

Thanks to Generation Fabulous for recently featuring “A Different Kind of ‘Change'”, in which I discuss celebrating a significant birthday and why speaking my truth, being myself, and banishing the critical voice I hear in my head allows me to feel confident and see myself at my most beautiful.

  1. Hi-
Hot Flashes drove me in-doors. The constant sweating was embarrassing, the prickly heat swarms made me bitchy and I couldn’t find stylish, breathable clothing to wear when I did have to be sociable. Most everything on the market is synthetic and traps our body heat, so I created Hot Women Clothing. 100% breathable and affordable Cotton Dresses and wrap Robes. Made in the U.S.A.
Would like editorial consideration and information on your ad placement costs please?
    Thank you-
