    I am taking a hormone replacement, as I had a Hysterectomy 16 yrs ago and my hot flashes are getting worse, plus if I do any sort of activity such as vacuuming my house I break out in total sweat, the back of my hair is soaking wet. Any advise

    • YES! It is time to go back to your menopause specialist to tweek your HT! If you are on the correct dosage, your symptoms should be alleviated! Be sure you are going to a menopause specialist!
