Shmirshky in the News: World Menopause Day Press Tour

The International Menopause Society has designated October 18th as World Menopause Day – a day for Shmirshkies all over the globe to unite and learn about perimenopause and menopause (PM&M for short!). E’s in NYC talking about Shmirshky: the pursuit of hormone happiness, hosting a Shmirshky party and spreading the message that no matter what day it is, when it comes to your health: Reaching out is IN. Suffering in silence is OUT.

Shmirshky is in the news, so tune in!

Today at 1pm EST (10AM PST): Get out those phones! Call into the Doctor Radio Show on Sirius XM Radio Ch. 81 hosted by Miriam Greene, MD OB/GYN. E and Dr. Green will be on hand to answer your PM&M questions.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 18th, E will be talking about World Menopause Day on Good Day New York with host Rosanna Scotto. If you’re in the NYC area, tune into Fox 5 at 9:15 am EST or visit the website to watch the show stream live
