Ellen’s Corporate Wellness Program: Bring Hormone Happiness to the Workplace

“I had four tickets to the Marc Anthony concert and decided to come here instead!” – Corporate Wellness Attendee

“Do you mind if we take a couple of books? ‘Cause… we have moms.” – Event Videographer for Corporate Wellness Event

Over 75 employees at San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine attended an evening of sharing, laughing and learning with Ellen! Attendees each received a copy of Shmirshky: the pursuit of hormone happiness, and discussed their own perimenopause and menopause (PM&M for short!) challenges with Ellen and her guests, Chris Givant, RpH and Co-Founder of La Vita Compounding Pharmacy, and Dr. Janette Gray, Founder of the Center of Health and Well Being.

The room was packed with a fabulous group of women who eagerly seized the opportunity to ask the tough questions and learn more about achieving the hormone happiness that everyone deserves!
