Lots of fun stuff happening in Shmirshky land these days. If you have Sirius/XM radio, be sure to tune in on Wednesday, June 22nd to the Broadminded show on channel 107 at 9AM. I’ll be chatting with these two fabulous broads – they have a fantastic show!

If you’re in the Washington, D.C. area, tune in to NBC channel 4’s midday news show on the 22nd as well. I’ll be chatting with Barbara Harrison about hormone happiness during menopause, hot flashes and the myths of truths about flax seeds!

On Sunday, June 26th, it’s more menopause and flax seed discussion on Baltamore’s NBC affiliate with Eliza Bulley in the morning!
