The Bangles had it right when they sang “Manic Monday.” It can be hard enough to drag yourself out of the ease of a weekend, but if you’re already irritable,  you probably need an extra dose of good humor on this day as much as I do.

Starting today I will be blogging about the latest health news, interviewing experts,  posting my favorite poems, cartoons, quotes, and jokes about anything I deem hilarious and think you will too. It might be about perimenopause, menopause, hot flashing, gaining a few, knocking back a few, or just getting silly for the fun of it.
