Can Exercise Lessen Your Hot Flashes?

Two new studies suggest that the right type of exercise might lessen hot flashes by changing how the body regulates its internal temperature.

    Do you think Fibromyalgia is like Menopause? I was diagnose with Fibromyalgia in 2014 at the age of 37 but after reading your book they have the similar symptoms.
