Clinical Trials Find No Relationship Between Dietary Fat Intake and Death from Coronary Heart Disease

Foods high in saturated fats like butter, whole milk and red meat may not be as unhealthy as officials have been telling us! A reanalysis of clinical trials from the 1970′s and 1980′s used as the basis for these warnings has found no relationship between dietary fat intake and death from coronary heart disease.
