Menopause News Flash: New Study Shows Broccoli May Prevent Arthritis

Eat your broccoli! A compound in the veggie could be key to preventing or slowing the progress of the most common form of arthritis, according to new research from the University of East Anglia.

Researchers from the University of Illinois at Chicago have identified a protein that may help predict women’s breast cancer prognoses, potentially saving women at low risk from undergoing painful therapies, while insuring the most successful treatment strategies for those at high risk.
