Pick my brain!

On April 1 at 8pm EST/ 5pm PST I will be on genConnect Live hosting my very first Menopause MondaysTM Google Hangout. No menopausal subject is too taboo for us to discuss. If you have questions in mind, write them down (forgetfulness is a symptom of The Change which we can talk about). Or send questions as they come to you via Twitter using the hashtag #MenopauseMondaysGC or email MStrout@genconnect.com. I’ll be joined by a very special surprise guest who is an expert in perimenopause and healthy living.

Also mark your calendars for April 9 at 10am EST/ 7am PST. I’ll be on “January Jones Sharing Success Stories” at BlogTalkRadio.com. On April 29 from 9 am–noon EST I will be on Dr. Radio with Dr. Miriam Greene. Tune into Sirius XM 81!

Don’t miss last week’s “Menopause Mondays: Fight Menopausal Weight Gain” as featured in genConnect, The Huffington Post, Fabulously 40, Vibrant Nation, Menopause Chit Chat, Social Moms, The Boomer Blogs, and Yahoo!. It’s totally normal to suddenly find that you are a member of the sisterhood of the shrinking pants, especially if you’re going through perimenopause and menopause. But it’s never too late to start living a healthier life…

Forget youth. I want to get old… Ellen’s latest “What Aging Gracefully Means to You” is featured in Huffington Post where Ellen gives her tips on feeling happier and healthier

This is the last week to enter to win our March giveaway of Stem Cell Worx Intraoral Spray. Enter to win the spray (a $65 value!) now!

Now, it’s time to go shopping

After struggling with her own severe menopause symptoms and doing years of research, Ellen resolved to share what she learned from experts and her own trial and error. Her goal was to replace the confusion, embarrassment, and symptoms millions of women go through–before, during, and after menopause–with the medically sound solutions she discovered. Her passion to become a “sister” and confidant to all women fueled Ellen’s first book, Shmirshky: the pursuit of hormone happiness. As a result of the overwhelming response from her burgeoning audiences and followers’ requests for empowering information they could trust, Ellen’s weekly blog, Menopause MondaysTM, was born.
