Who doesn’t love to relax with a tropical smoothie on a warm summer day? Or should I say, who doesn’t NEED a tropical smoothie to cool down when menopausal hot flashes send you straight into the abyss of a fiery perimenopause and menopause inferno?

Well in this commercial, Jack-in-the-Box wants to be your smoothie-toting savior for all menopausal hot flashes. I love the actress Diana Costa who portrays the menopausal woman. She is absolutely hilarious, fanning around the garden and keeping a lid on her “street rat crazy.”

For the record, drinking smoothies from Jack-in-the-Box will NOT cure your menopausal hot flashes, but you gotta hand it to Jack for thinking inside the box!

After struggling with her own severe menopause symptoms and doing years of research, Ellen resolved to share what she learned from experts and her own trial and error. Her goal was to replace the confusion, embarrassment, and symptoms millions of women go through–before, during, and after menopause–with the medically sound solutions she discovered. Her passion to become a “sister” and confidant to all women fueled Ellen’s first book, Shmirshky: the pursuit of hormone happiness. As a result of the overwhelming response from her burgeoning audiences and followers’ requests for empowering information they could trust, Ellen’s weekly blog, Menopause MondaysTM, was born.
